With more than 30 years of experience in architecture, design, and construction management, Ken Overstreet has led the design and execution of over 75 residential and commercial projects. He is recognized for his creative vision, technical expertise, and meticulous attention to detail, guiding each project from initial concept through completion with a hands-on approach.
A graduate of Taliesin, the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture, Ken began his career in Scottsdale, Arizona, contributing to the design of educational and medical facilities. He later moved to Vail, Colorado, where he specialized in high-end mountain-style residential homes.
In 1999, Ken relocated to Illinois, where he expanded his knowledge by working with leading design-build firms and private clientele on custom residential projects throughout the Chicago suburbs. Today, he runs his own custom home business, building throughout the suburban Chicago area while continuing to collaborate with architects and builders on a variety of projects.
