The unique upscale barndominium shows rustic curb appeal and brings a bit more residential feel to the project. With a full open drive through garage on the lower level for trucks, boats and ate's, the upper floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and family room with a walk-out deck. The lower level will also have a wrap around porch. Perfect setup for those getaway weekends by the lake.

This new transitional custom home will be the third house completing the build-out within this property. This is a photo realistic rendering of the current design. 

Construction to begin late Spring.

Proposed new kitchen with painted white maple wall cabinets and stained walnut island. Quartzite countertops and backsplashes. Change out appliances and electrical fixtures and produce a oversized brass and stainless steel hood for focal point, Breaking up the upper cabinetry with shelving and extending them to the ceiling.

Working on a major addition and renovation from a Tudor to a transitional farmhouse. Introducing clients to AI has been a game changer. As we work through the stages of design, this rendering helps the client with scale, colors, look and feel which is great for people who sometimes cannot read 2D line drawings.
