Geneva RFP - Geneva Market Pavilion

Here is a joint venture design concept with Cloudtop Architects and KOH that was produced for the City of Geneva RFP, it was a Market Pavilion design for multi-purpose events and daily parking when not being used. Although we were not awarded this project, it was a great collaboration for us and we felt this project met the mixed use structure the city was looking for.

This new custom home including a pool and attached pool house will be the third house completing the build-out within this property. This is a photo realistic rendering of the current design. 

Construction to begin Spring.

Proposed new kitchen with painted white maple wall cabinets and stained walnut island. Quartzite countertops and backsplashes. Change out appliances and electrical fixtures and produce a oversized brass and stainless steel hood for focal point, Breaking up the upper cabinetry with shelving and extending them to the ceiling.
