This new custom home including a pool and attached pool house will be the third house completing the build-out within this property. This is a photo realistic rendering of the current design.

This preliminary designed structure will be created for the Community Garden on the grounds at the Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin.

This custom 48x31 barn will have a lower garage/shop area and a living quarters above to sleep 6-8 family members on the summer get-a-ways until the main home can be designed and built. The exterior materials will consist of stone, reclaimed barn siding, timbers, steel deck and metal roofs.
