Just completed Primary Bath, Closet and Bedroom renovation. We did a mixture of custom walnut cabinetry and painted cabinetry. A floating walnut bed-wall was created to gain more closet space behind. Other work included replacing old windows with larger windows on the main floor. Finished pictures still to come.

Pergola ~ Geneva, IL

New back yard pergola nestled into the back of this home using copper capped cedar beams and post over a bluestone patio. The pergola follows the outside curve of the patio in design. We have also added a fan and hanging lights to enjoy anytime of the day.

Renovation ~ Hinsdale, IL

This beautiful 20 year old Shingle Style residence was in need of a new cedar shingle roof, siding repair and a fresh coat of stain and paint. Other exterior work was replacing rotting elements at decks and trim areas. A generator was added. We also spent some time updating the interior with new bookshelves, a fresh coat of paint and finish basement work.

This home tucked away in nature is the perfect setting for this client as they both love where they work and play. It was time for a major kitchen renovation with a dining and mudroom addition. We cannot forget about the attached greenhouse, which was the perfect addition to the detached garden house and garden.

Exterior Restoration ~ Hinsdale, IL

Restoring a home can sometimes be a challenge for older homes, but is necessary to keep the vision of how it was designed. This home needed stucco restoration and wood details fixed or replaced. The deck was completely replaced because of rot and slate shingles replaced from hail damage.

Geneva Basement Build-out

A great modern and rustic feel basement using reclaimed poplar barnwood, knotty alder beams and cabinets and finishing off the concrete floors with stain. This is a great space to entertain and hang out. Complete with gym, additional guest bedroom and bath, bar, open theater and music room.
