Whole-home Renovation
Just completed and included in this whole home renovation is the primary suite and bath, kitchen, dining, family room, mudroom and laundry, powder, office, stairs and floors. The client chose warm colors throughout. The before and after photos really showcase the change. Some of the key features are adding a sauna in the primary bath, refinishing all the wood flooring and changing all the plumbing and light fixtures throughout. A wonderful project.
Kitchen Renovation
Located in the Burr Ridge Village Center. We altered this kitchen to another level. Simple white textures floor to ceiling, a solid walnut island and metal hood for contrast, beautiful stone countertops and backsplash with brass inlays really showcase the hearth of the home. A fantastic transformation.
Primary Suite Renovation
This is Primary Bath, Closet and Bedroom renovation. We did a mixture of custom walnut cabinetry and painted cabinetry. A floating walnut bed-wall was created to gain more closet space behind. Other work included replacing old windows with larger windows on the main floor.
Restoration & Renovation
This beautiful 20 year old Shingle Style residence was in need of a new cedar shingle roof, siding repair and a fresh coat of stain and paint. Other exterior work was replacing rotting elements at decks and trim areas. A generator was added. We also spent some time updating the interior with new bookshelves, a fresh coat of paint and finish basement work.
